Lark Group has purchased Fleet-based Griffiths Good for an undisclosed sum. Following the acquisition, Lark, which provides insurance broking services to a cross-section of corporate and personal clients, will have annual revenues of around £20m and employ 255 staff in six offices across London and the South-east.
