LexisNexis unveils customer data management product
New offering pulls together data from multiple touchpoints, including quote, renewal and claims, to help brokers and providers build a comprehensive representation of their customer as well as find cross-selling opportunities.
LexisNexis Risk Solutions has launched LexID, a solution it said will help brokers and providers create a cohesive single-customer view across underwriting, pricing, renewals and claims.
The business stated that the offering had been launched in response to challenges in customer data management as a result of M&A activity and high levels of switching and separated database infrastructures, as well as the FCA’s proposed remedies to address dual pricing in the insurance sector.
