Insurers rally to support SSP brokers

Providers and wider industry confirm backing for troubled brokers affected by the outage.

Insurers and those from the wider industry including Zurich, Covéa, Aviva, Broker Network and GoCompare have all spoken out about the SSP outage and what they are doing to support brokers.

The industry response follows the news that SSP's systems were still not working this morning and comment from Bollington that insurers are recognising the need to be pragmatic and help brokers overcome the problems.

Applied updates on commercial push

Applied Systems has confirmed Arch Insurance is about to enter the pilot phase of onboarding and will be live on the Applied Epic broker management system in April, with Iprism and Ark to follow and more promised in 2024.
