Markham Private Clients has launched a high value home renovation insurance offering to its brokers.
The wholesale broker highlighted that the new product was supported by accredited CPD training for staff.
According to the firm the "rise" of the super-basement has become increasingly high profile with wealthy property buyers in the likes of Knightsbridge, Belgravia, Fulham and Notting Hill digging beneath their homes.
