Products: Focus groups lead Exeter Family Friendly to PMI plan
Exeter Family Friendly has unveiled the fruits of its series of focus groups with private medical insurance (PMI) intermediaries dating back to 2010 – a new modular PMI plan named Health Choices for Me.
The healthcare and protection insurer said PMI specialists had been clear in their demands for a modular plan that empowered customers to be able to choose and build cover that suited them as current offerings in the market were too complicated and confusing.
Health Choices for Me has a core section which includes all in-patient treatment as well as MRI and CT scans. It then offers a range of annual limits within separate out-patient, manipulative such as for physiotherapy or osteopathy, and
