Open letter: Broker skewers SSP's lack of communication
Hayes Parsons managing director James Woollam writes an open letter to software house following power outage.
James Woollam, managing director of Bristol-based broker Hayes Parsons has criticised SSP's handling of the power outage on 26 August in an open letter sent to Insurance Age.
The software house said on 12 September that 90% of the affected brokers were back online or in final testing.
However SSP CEO Laurence Walker admitted yesterday (13 September) that the company was still in the process of restoring document archives.
