Good practice: a case of too little, too late?

While I am sure the industry as a whole welcomes the joint Association of British Insurers (ABI) and British Insurance Brokers' Association (Biba) statement that insurers will provide at least 21 days notice of their renewal terms for liability insurance under a new statement of good practice, one has to ask whether it is a case of too little, too late?

It has taken us a long time to get this far and the question that also has to be asked is whether 21 days is really enough.
