FSA and broking community have different views

Rather unsurprisingly, it appears the Financial Services Authority (FSA) and the broking community have very different views on how the first year of regulation went.

This is particularly clear when you compare the interview with Andrew Honey, head of insurance, small firms division, FSA on page four and the Insurance Age survey results on the front cover.

To be fair, Mr Honey does admit many brokers have complained to him about the high level of paperwork (and its associated costs) generated
