I was surprised to see the complaints from brokers about the British Insurance Brokers' Association (Biba) in March's edition.
They were quick to criticise Biba's website and its effectiveness as an association, but seem to be forgetting all the good work Biba has done over the years for brokers. If it had not been for the association, the General Insurance Standards Council and the Financial Services Authority would have crushed smaller brokers.
Also, Biba is a great ambassador to the industry
