I would like to express my delight at seeing the Treasury Select Committee's recommendation that travel agents become regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA).
The British Insurance Brokers' Association (Biba) has campaigned extremely hard for the full regulation of the travel insurance industry, and we continue to call for a level playing field for all intermediaries. We also recently met with the Treasury to outline our members' response to their ongoing review, commissioned research
