Transactor reports first ever £1m Ebitda

Software company also breaks through £10m revenue barrier.

Transactor Global Solutions has posted an Ebitda of £1.03m for the year ended 31 March 2016.

This represented an 18% uplift on the £871,834 achieved in the previous year.

The figures, released in a filing at Companies House, also showed that turnover topped £10m for the first time at £10.48m (2015: £9.12m).

However, the result after tax came in at £44,355 loss.

This was still an improvement on the £73,490 lost the year before.

At that time CEO Ray Vincent told Insurance Age that the deficit was

Applied updates on commercial push
