Biba names new heads of its Liability and Accident Committee

Graham Terrell and Ben Margetson to become chairman and deputy chairman respectively.

The British Insurance Brokers' Association (Biba) has appointed Graham Terrell, partner at JLT Specialty, as chairman of its liability and accident committee.

Terrell was previously deputy chairman and will replace Peter Franklin who will remain on the committee.

In addition, Ben Margetson, regional client service director at Marsh, has taken up the post of deputy chairman after having been a member of the committee since 2008.
