PwC confirms court winding up petition against Gable Insurance
Accountants detail timeline that led to court proceedings.
PwC Switzerland has confirmed that it filed an application with the "competent Liechtenstein Court" on 14 November seeking an order that Gable Insurance AG is wound-up.
In a statement on 15 November it noted that the outcome of the application is expected in due course.
Insurance Age understands that Gable Holdings will fight the decision in the Liechtenstein courts.
