SSP confirms 90% of its brokers are back online or in final testing
Group CEO Laurence Walker says around one third of its broker customer base was affected by the power outage on 26 August.
SSP has confirmed that more than 90% of the brokers affected by their power outage are now back on their systems and it will be writing to all affected brokers about a rebate of service fees.
"As of today we have more than 90% of our affected customers live with their systems and operating again or awaiting final customer testing," said Laurence Walker, group CEO at SSP.
