Gable to delist from AIM

Company says “good progress” being made in capacity discussions with “global carrier”.

Liechtenstein-based insurer Gable Holdings is to delist from the AIM London Stock Exchange market.

The shares in the insurer have been suspended from trading.

The company confirmed that nominated adviser (Nomad) and broker, Zeus Capital Limited, had already resigned with immediate effect

According to AIM rules, the company has one month to appoint a replacement Nomad or else the admission of its AIM securities will be cancelled.

Trading of Gable's shares was also suspended earlier this year
