Colmore Insurance Brokers buys Webb Holton
Webb Holton staff to move across following the deal.
Colmore Insurance Brokers has purchased Birmingham-based Webb Holton Insurance Brokers for an undisclosed sum.
The independent broker, which was founded in 2014, advised that the deal was a "natural continuation of its expansion plans" and that it would take its total number of staff up to 18.
Webb Holton specialises in both commercial and high net worth personal lines clients.
