Insurer confirms offering is first in a series of new online products.

Covéa Insurance has launched a new packaged product aimed at retail and salons.

The provider highlighted that the policy had been designed to be sold online by brokers.

It detailed that the package incorporates "the best elements" of the existing shops and office products but with a broader risk appetite, new covers and higher limits.

Packaged Retail & Salons has been launched through Acturis and Covéa's broker extranet offering functionality for brokers to vary commission and premiums.
