Dunedin backs Kingsbridge Risk Solutions in private equity deal

Buyout sees former backer Livingbridge fully exit the broker.

Mid-market private equity house Dunedin has acquired broker Kingsbridge Risk Solutions in a buyout.

The deal saw the broker's former backer, private equity firm Livingbridge (formerly Isis Equity Partners), fully exit the business.

Kingsbridge has 55 staff, is headquartered in Tewkesbury and has offices in Liverpool and Guernsey.
