NFP buys Linkfield Corporate Solutions

Broker's founders to stay with the firm.

Insurance broker and consultant NFP has purchased Birmingham-based broker Linkfield Corporate Solutions.

The US company confirmed that Linkfield's bosses John Paul Allcock and Mark Tomkinson will remain with the firm.

Allcock will take the role of managing director, reporting to Kishan Herriotts, managing director, and Tomkinson will assume the role of director, reporting to Allcock.

Property & casualty (P&C) broker Linkfield was founded in 2005 and specialises in commercial motor fleet
