5) Gallagher v Portsoken trial set for October
The case was heard in the Royal Courts of Justice on 22 March, and after listening to the hearing Mrs Justice Slade decided against Gallagher's suggestion that there should be a speedy trial in July.

The judge presiding over the legal proceedings between Arthur J. Gallagher and Alex Skriptchenkov and Portsoken has ordered a trial to be held in October.
