Miles Smith Holdings posts profit rise

Firm's turnover also increased in 2015.

Miles Smith Holdings has reported a profit of £1.79m for the year ended 31 August 2015, compared to £1.03m in 2014.

Its financial statement, released on Companies House, revealed that the company's turnover rose to £19.84m in 2015 from £18m in the preceding year, as its operating profit increased to £2.45m (2014: £1.61m).

The breakdown by division showed that Miles Smith, which provides UK broker to broker solutions, achieved a turnover of £13.5m in 2015, compared to £12.7m in 2014, as
