The County Group buys Heath Insurance Brokers
All staff to stay with the firm.
The County Group has bought Knutsford-based Heath Insurance Brokers, its third acquisition this year.
County said Heath was established in 1958 and that its business was split evenly between personal and commercial insurance.
The broker brings £1.4m in gross premium income takes annual premium at County to £50m.
The purchase follows County Group's recent acquisitions of Chester Insurance Services in August this year and Brady & Jones in October.
