Stuart Reid starts at Gallagher on 12 October

Reid takes on the role of UK Retail CEO.

Stuart Reid will be starting his new role as UK Retail CEO at Arthur J. Gallagher on 12 October, Insurance Age can reveal.

In April, Insurance Age broke the news that Reid had left his role as executive chairman of Bluefin Group and was set to join Gallagher later in the year.

Reid started his career at Bishop Skinner in 1986. He left to co-found Stuart Alexander in 1993 and later sold it to Axa UK, who owns Bluefin, in 2007.
