Brokers optimistic about GWP growth, says SSP
Research finds brokers' focus to be on digital strategies and improved customer service.
The majority of British brokers, 64%, expect to grow in the next twelve months, according to research from SSP.
The insurance technology provider said 28% of brokers expected to grow their gross written premium (GWP) by more than 10%, while 3% of respondents claimed their GWP would decline.
