LV looks to grow in broker personal lines motor, says O'Roarke
Insurer's general insurance MD sees opportunities for growth in all areas, despite increased competition in commercial lines.
LV general insurance managing director John O'Roarke was pleased with the company's results after it reported a 5.5% increase in profit for its broker channel for the first six months of 2015.
Profit rose from £17m in 2014 to £18m this year and O'Roarke told Insurance Age that while it was a small rise he was "happy with the profitability of the broker book" overall.
