RSA launches training programme for brokers

Programme to provide management training for future leaders.

RSA has launched a seven month programme for brokers in which they will receive face-to-face management training.

The insurer said that the Platinum Broker Leader Programme will provide participants with practical skills and experience in areas such as strategy and business planning, interviewing, talent management and financial planning, as well as help them build confidence as a future leader.

Each broker will be matched with a mentor from the insurer's commercial business to act, the insurer
