Court documents: Ross to appoint mediator in dispute with Gallagher

Mediations between Gallagher and all three defendants to be held confidentially.

Former CEO of Arthur J Gallagher International, David Ross, is to appoint a mediator in the legal dispute with his former employer.

According to court documents obtained by Insurance Age all three defendants involved in the dispute were to select a mediator by the end of June.

The document further read that mediations would be held confidentially sometime between 14 September and 4 October this year.

The document stated that if a mediator could not be agreed by the end of June then one would be
