Towergate appoints Mugge as CFO
Broker also confirms Scott Egan's departure from the company.
Towergate has appointed Mark Mugge as group chief financial officer following the planned departure of the company's interim CFO Oliver Corbett.
According to the company, Mugge will continue with his responsibilities as chief operating officer, pending a new appointment.
The consolidator also confirmed that Scott Egan will leave Towergate to join RSA as group chief financial officer. Egan, who was appointed interim CEO of Towergate in February 2015 will continue in this role.
