LMA and IUA publish Insurance Act guide

The Lloyd's Market Association (LMA) and International Underwriting Association (IUA) have published a guide to the Insurance Act 2015.

The guide is designed to help readers understand the changes embodied in the Act and potential challenges that the new law might bring when it comes into force in August 2016.
