Heritage residential and property investors business now offered in Manchester and Birmingham.

Ecclesiastical is to extend underwriting of its heritage residential and property investors business to its regional offices in Manchester and Birmingham.

The insurer said it is responding to broker feedback and brings its expertise closer to regional brokers and policyholders.

Ecclesiastical added that its London-based teams will now become centres of excellence to support the new regional teams.
