Home and Legacy relaunches landlord insurance
The high net worth specialist says policy now includes improved liability limits and loss of rent cover.
Home and Legacy has updated and relaunched its landlord insurance policies.
The high net worth insurance specialist said its Ultra Landlord product now offers a 90 day unoccupancy grace period as well as improved liability limits.
According to the company, other benefits include loss of rent cover up to 25% of sums insured and the option to include 24 hour Landlord's Emergency Property Assistance.
