Arag launches commercial landlords policy
Insurer says the new product was created after demand from brokers.
Arag has launched a comprehensive policy for commercial landlords, which combines the core elements of the insurer's landlords' legal solutions with its essential business legal policy.
The legal expenses specialist claimed that the new policy was in response to significant demand from brokers.
The commercial property owners' legal solutions allows up to £50,000 for legal costs for commercial and residential property disputes and up to £50,000 for disputes within the business itself.
