Sharp aims to publicise employee ownership
James Sharp says selling a business to the employees is the only way for brokers to handle succession.
James Sharp, director at TEn Insurance, has encouraged brokers to follow the employee ownership model ahead of the Inspire EO 2015 conference.
Sharp, who has been invited to deliver a keynote at the conference, confirmed that he will be extolling the virtues of the employee ownership model.
He has been an advocate for the model for over a year, claiming it is a good solution for brokers.
"It gives brokers another way of handling succession," he told Insurance Age.
"It's the only way to handle it
