RSA appoints Paton as claims director
The move to RSA means the ex-Zurich claims officer will be reunited with Steve Lewis.
RSA has appointed Bill Paton as claims director for the UK and Western Europe.
Paton has over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry and currently works as CEO of Claims Solutions Group.
He has also previously having worked as European claims officer and UK chief claims officer at Zurich.
Joining the insurer in May next year, Paton will report directly to Steve Lewis who takes up the post of chief executive for the UK and Western Europe in January.
