QBE Europe appoints new chairman
Sir Brian Pomeroy steps down after being appointed as board member of QBE Insurance Group.
QBE European Operations has appointed Tim Ingram as its new chairman.
Ingram, who was appointed as a non-exec director at the provider in March, will chair QBE Underwriting and QBE Insurance in Europe.
He was previously chairman of Collins Stewart Hawkpoint, and also chairs the Wealth Management Association and greencoat UK Wind.
Sir Brian Pomeroy, the previous chairman, is stepping down after eight years, following his appointment to the board of QBE Europe's Australian parent company, QBE
