Ageas reaches out-of-court settlement with ex-Castle Cover men
Ageas has reached an out-of-court settlement with several former senior Castle Cover figures.
Sister title Post reported that the insurer refused to elaborate on the nature of the dispute, although a spokesperson maintained that "no further action will be sought".
The case was listed at the High Court last week, with Philip James, the chief executive of Primary - an initial backer of the over 50s broker - named on the court listing, along with fellow former Castle Cover shareholders Stephen Morley-Ham, Peter Leppington, Andrew Cole and Nasser Bushararia-Barnes.
