Insurer view: Clients want to see their "core values" reflected
Clients want to work with insurers which share their “core values”, underlining the importance of professionalism, HSB Engineering Insurance has stressed.
Although not currently chartered, HSB has nailed its colours to the professionalism mast by spelling out the significance of gaining customers' trust by the way in which it operates.
Speaking to Insurance Age, HSB group sales manager Tim James said: "Customers want someone who will provide their business and assets with the best possible approach - this is a big emphasis when they engage with brokers or insurers.
