Bluefin names former Towergate man as interim CFO
Bluefin Insurance has named former Towergate man Tim Philip as interim chief financial officer to replace the outgoing Robert Organ.
The broker confirmed that Mr Organ has accepted a position to become finance director at Axa Insurance Commercial Lines & Personal Intermediary.
Mr Philip - who led Towergate's finance division following its 2002 launch - spent more than a decade at the broker.
He reportedly oversaw more than 200 acquisitions during his tenure, as well as multiple financing transactions ranging up to some £1bn.
