Aspen unveils new cyber covers

Aspen Risk Management has launched a range of insurance policies to help companies protect against the emerging risks relating to computers, data and cyber-crime.

The new products have been delivered in partnership with HSB Engineering and CFC Underwriting.

According to Aspen the new policies can cover specific exposures associated with loss or damage to computer hardware, systems and portables including laptops, smartphones and storage devices.

The products can also cover cyber terrorism and extortion, hacking, virus and denial of service attacks as well as loss or corruption of data, especially personal data, and the requirements of the Data Protection
