E Coleman buys Foster Leighton and targets expansion into Cornwall
Poole-based broker E Coleman has acquired Foster Leighton in Exeter for an undisclosed sum.
Foster Leighton, which provides insurance for businesses, charities and private clients, and has a GWP of around £3.5m, will retain its name and Exeter office, according to Paul Dudley, managing director at E Coleman.
Mr Dudley told Insurance Age that all staff at the Devon-based broker would be kept on: “We are looking at continuous employment, we are looking to recruit more new people from the local area.”
Foster Leighton’s management will also be staying.
According to Mr Dudley, the decision
