Quinn Insurance sale facing October court date

quinn

The Irish Independent has reported that policyholders will have the chance to raise any objections to the sale of Quinn Insurance at a court hearing on 4 October.

The newspaper reported that the date was announced after the High Court in Ireland had been updated on administration of Quinn Insurance and the upcoming sale to Anglo Irish Bank and Liberty Mutual.

It added that further documents concerning the sale are expected to be published on Thursday 25 August but that these were unlikely to include significant new information.
