Brit case could up timber premiums


The insurer is seeking damages from Taylor Wimpey and timber frame specialist, Brendan Flynn Construction, to cover rebuilding, temporary accommodation and resident possession damage costs, after a timber framed block was destroyed in a fire in June 2008.
