Motorists are focused on insurance savings, says poll
A third of British motorists would like to save on their car insurance this year according to a poll conducted by Be Wiser Insurance
The poll asked motorists what their New Year's motoring resolutions would be. While some wanted to keep the roads safer by avoiding speeding (13%) and losing their temper (19%), most simply wanted to save money.
Mark Bower-Dyke, chairman of Be Wiser Insurance, said: "When motorists say they want to pay less for car insurance they may just be looking for a better deal. This is something they may not always get from large comparison sites which tend to focus on the lowest price.
