Alistair Sclare describes Plain English Campaign award as a milestone

Following a review of its policy wording and documentation, Groupama Healthcare has been awarded the Crystal Mark from Plain English Campaign.

Groupama Healthcare said the Crystal Mark accreditation is a clear demonstration of it's commitment to making its products as accessible and easy to understand as possible.

From February 2010, group scheme members will receive a newly designed Crystal Mark accredited member's guide which includes a summary of their cover written in plain English.
