Zurich's closure of division leaves way open for Allainz and BLP
Allianz Insurance is targeting former Zurich Building Guarantee customers via defects insurance specialist BLP, following the Swiss insurer's decision to pull out of the market.
"BLP has launched a welcome programme to ensure Zurich's customers get the reassurance and right kind of attention they need," said Simon Main, MD of BLP.
"Our systems are in place and ready for them and the welcome programme delivers, in just one call, the right information and provides the easiest warranty set up
