Travelers boss steps down

Martin Hudson to be replaced by Kevin Smith

Martin Hudson, president-Europe of Travelers, is to leave the organisation. Kevin Smith, who serves as president of international for Travelers, will assume Mr Hudson's responsibilities.

In a statement, Alan Schnitzer, vice chairman of Travelers, said: "After nearly 30 years with Travelers, we'd like to thank Martin for his loyal service to the company, and we wish him the best in the future.

"Martin's knowledge and experience in the European property/casualty insurance sector has been an asset
