Brit Insurance takes over from Vodafone as England cricket sponsor

The England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) has announced Brit Insurance as the principal team sponsor of England cricket. The partnership, commencing in January 2010, will run for an initial four year period.

The Brit logo is to feature on all playing and training kits worn by the England men's and women's cricket teams as well as the England Lions and England disability teams.

Brit will also receive a comprehensive range of sponsorship assets including advertising in grounds, team image rights

Aviva doubling down for customers, says Martin

Aviva is committed to pushing on with an “absolute focus on customer” and will continue “doubling down”, David Martin, managing director for UK commercial and chief distribution officer, told Insurance Age as he teased a “major new proposition” pencilled in for the end of the third quarter will catch brokers’ eyes.
