Brokers are happier with the service they receive from insurers after recording improvements in their overall levels of satisfaction in the 2005 British Insurance Brokers' Association's (Biba) Intermediary Satisfaction Survey.

The 10th annual survey, carried out by Harris Interactive among 440 personal lines and 582 commercial lines brokers, also revealed plans by firms to invest in software systems and showed insurers' performance has improved for personal and commercial lines brokers since
