The British Insurance Brokers' Association (Biba) has launched a Conflict Investigation Service for its members to help them to identify any potential conflicts of interest.
The association said it would also help member brokers ensure they are fully compliant with Financial Services Authority (FSA) regulations in this important area.The service will be delivered by law firms O'Connors and Steeles (law), selected by Biba because of their specialist insurance and inquiry expertise.
