Epping-based J&M Insurance Services has appointed Paul Dodds as chief operating officer. Mr Dodds, formerly deputy managing director of Cox Insurance's Broking and Insurance Services Division said: "I am delighted to join the group, which has an enviable track record, particularly in the wholesale market. A solid infrastructure and strong balance sheet means we are well set to grow the business over the next five years."
